If you have a Hydrapak item that was supplied with a brands running vest, backpack etc, Lyon Equipment as the UK distributor are not responsible for warranty claims on these products.

If you bought a Hydrapak product directly and you experience a problem, your first course of action should always be to the retailer from which you purchased it for initial assistance. They will be able to assess the issue for you and if necessary return the product to us on your behalf.
