Orders will be delivered directly to your shipping address by our Hydrapak partner in the UK, Lyon Equipment Ltd.

Orders over £50 placed before 12pm are shipped on a next working day service. However, we cannot guarantee this once it's in the hands of the carrier, so please allow 2-3 days.

Please allow 3-4 days for our Royal Mail service as orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.

Please note: Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands have restrictions on delivery speeds, so deliveries to these locations may take longer.

We have chosen to use DPD for their next day service due to their carbon neutral commitment. See more here.
